At Morilee New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gown or accessory is not the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original designer packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip.

  Ship Your Order

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
